Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your BN3TH gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened and in its original state to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
